ORANGE -- Sometime in recently August, the 35,000th Subway restaurant opened somewhere in the world, while an updated, even cutting-edge prototype began serving customers here.

The stone fireplace, solar panels and sofas arranged around a ruptured-screen TV give the Subway at 292 Boston Post Road the look of an upscale cafe. The technology -- some which is observable and some hidden -- also make the franchised sandwich shop unique. There are solar panels on the roof, put by owner Junior Cintron said, and charging stations for electric cars. That amenity is about two years away from succeeding online, he said, but all of the installation is done.

In the meantime there is free Wi-Fi, etched glass and dark wood and something unusual for a Underground railway -- a drive-up service window. Cintron owns seven area Subways, and one of his New Haven shops has a induce-through. Generally about 10 percent of the company's shops offer drive-up service, spokesman Les Winograd said. "We use already-existing spaces and customize them, but we'll use what's there and customize it to our needs. we shit in our flat linoleum instead of ceramic tiles that the other apartments. We also have old, outdated and ugly sofas when the other apartments have new, comfortable sofas. our room did not resemble the original.

You must have had the opportunity to place before agreeing to rent it. At that time, you could have told them to fix it, or you could have gone elsewhere.

The correlation with Talk to one of the accounts is not. It is not illegal for the landlord to rent a furnished apartment with what you call "crap" sofas and linoleum. These items are considered cosmetic and not covered by any landlord tenant law.
