The two-tier building spans 213,000 square feet. The main staircase in its entry lobby has been enclosed by beaker. A pair of exposed beams have been used to hang the stairs by anchoring their top and bottom portion. The area below the stairs has been covered by an highfalutin rock field which will later be adorned with plush sofas.
The foyer and reception area of the facility has been fitted with porcelain tile flooring. The erection also features large windows and massive skylights with smaller skylights covering its second floor. There is a lunch chamber in the second level of the structure. The room has been equipped with a 60-inch flat-screen TV, OSB wooden panels on two walls and floors made of proficient concrete.
Other features of the facility include smaller conference rooms and small offices for managers, as well as a three-true parking garage with a capacity of 543. The front face of the facility has installed the sign USM with each letter measuring 26 inches in crest. The sign will bisect a spacious window in the corporate board room located on the structure's front portion in the assist floor. White serves as the dominant tone in the interior of the building including office furniture, walls and ceilings acentuated by shades of teal and embargo.
